Meet Our Leadership Team
President & CEO
Walter Czarnecki has over 15 years of management, strategy and P&L leadership experience building high-growth companies in technology and energy across global markets. Prior to his appointment at OmniMetrix, Walter served as Vice President of Business Development at Acorn Energy (OmniMetrix parent company), and previously as Director of Corporate Strategy at Ener1, Inc., a maker of lithium-ion energy storage solutions for electric vehicles, grid storage and military applications. There he negotiated and managed Ener1’s joint venture with China’s largest Tier I auto parts supplier, Wanxiang, a $26 billion global conglomerate.
Prior to Ener1, Walter spent four years in Beijing, where he led the Energy Technology team for China Renaissance Partners, a Chinese investment bank with over $6 billion in transactions. Prior to China Renaissance, Walter established the University of Maryland’s China strategy and increased revenue by $3.6 million. He began his career at Lehman Brothers Investment Banking in New York. Walter holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School and an MA in International Studies with a focus on Mandarin and East Asian Studies from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. He is professionally proficient in Mandarin Chinese and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Bucknell University. In 2015, Walter was named in Wharton’s 40 Under 40 list.
Harold M. Jarrett, Jr.
OmniMetrix Chief Technology Officer
Harold Jarrett founded OmniMetrix in 1998 and has spent over 15 years exploring the capabilities of remote monitoring systems. He began experimenting with remote data systems in 1996 after working for the Hughes Aircraft Company and has since worked with every major generator brand to further their monitoring technology.
Harold personally oversees the ongoing development of OmniMetrix’s innovative product line, and he is constantly working to better meet customers’ needs in an ever-changing industry. Harold graduated from Georgia Tech with a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering as well as an MBA from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
Andrew Sandecki is the Operations Manager for OmniMetrix and brings over sixteen years’ experience leading materials planning, production operations, project management and quality control within technology based manufacturing companies. In his previous role as Production Manager for Label Vision Systems, Inc., Andrew successfully met the demands of a 300% growth in sales volume, applying Lean principles, while reducing operating and product costs, and managing their ISO-9001 QMS.
Andrew also acquired nineteen years’ experience within the Product Identification and Bar-Code industry with market leaders such as Videojet Technologies and Markem-Imaje. He was successful in a diversity of roles including training management, tradeshow management, sales, technical support and materials management & planning. Andrew developed his strong technical and customer service skills while employed as a field engineer and service manager for Controlled Power Company in Troy, MI. Andrew was successful at quickly resolving time critical situations for large manufacturing customers such as Alcoa Aluminum, GM, Ford, Chrysler, Nissan, as well as, offering personalize support to small business owners.
Director of Sales
Josh Sowards is an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of increasing sales, developing and exceeding goals in start-up ventures and privately held organizations. Prior to joining OmniMetrix in April 2015, Josh began his career in the wireless industry with Pure Wireless where he was quickly promoted to Director of Sales. Within two years, Josh grew sales 4X. Since then, his career has been focused on leading organizations by driving revenue growth and profitability.
Josh was instrumental in the success of Pure Wireless, a start-up wholesale wireless accessory distributor located in Suwanee, GA. During Josh’s tenure managing the sales team, revenue grew $1.2M to $16M in 12 years, and Pure Wireless was recognized as #79 of the fastest growing 100 companies in Metro Atlanta in 2013, receiving the Pacesetter Award.
Stephanie Haigler is the Financial Controller of OmniMetrix. Mrs. Haigler plans, directs and oversees the company’s financial accounting operations and financial reporting systems. Stephanie maintains financial relationships with banking institutions and reports performance metrics to OmniMetrix’s shareholders and Board members. Mrs. Haigler has over twenty-five years of experience in the accounting and finance field and is a Certified Public Accountant in GA and NC.
Prior to joining OmniMetrix, Mrs. Haigler was the VP of Finance at Northridge Systems, Inc. in Roswell, GA and was a Financial Manager at Wells Fargo’s corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC.
Stephanie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina and her MBA from Queen’s University, both in Charlotte. She is the Treasurer of her home-owner’s association in Alpharetta and enjoys gardening and traveling.
Anthony G. Clark
Tech Support Service Manager
Anthony G. Clark has been a member of the Omnimetrix team since 2013. He started in the Tech Support department and worked diligently, learning the product and assisting customers at the highest level. As a valued member of Omnimetrix, through Anthony’s hard work and dedication, he was promoted to Tech Support Service Manager in 2016. Anthony’s responsibilities haven’t changed since he started; ensure that the best Technical Support is offered to all Omnimetrix customers. He acts as a liaison between customers and the Omnimetrix Production department, making sure the lines of communication remain open for any suggestions that may create a better customer experience with Omnimetrix.
Anthony excels in earning trust and developing strong, long-term relationships with Omnimetrix customers.
