Jan Loeb


Jan Loeb

Jan H. Loeb has served as President and CEO of our parent company Acorn Energy, Inc. since January 28, 2016 and as acting CEO of OmniMetrix effective December 2019.  Mr. Loeb serves as the President of Leap Tide Capital Management, Inc. He has been the Managing Member of Leap Tide Capital Management LLC since 2007. From 2005 to 2007, he served as the President of Leap Tide’s predecessor, Leap Tide Capital Management Inc., which was formerly known as AmTrust Capital Management Inc. He served as a Portfolio Manager of Chesapeake Partners from February 2004 to January 2005. From January 2002 to December 2004, he served as Managing Director at Jefferies & Company, Inc. From 1994 to 2001, he served as Managing Director at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, Inc. (formerly Wasserstein Perella & Co., Inc.). He was Research Analyst at Dresdner Kleinwort, Research Division. He has been a Director of Gyrotron Technology, Inc. since July 2014. He has been a Director of TAT Technologies, Ltd. since August 2009. He served as a Lead Director of American Pacific Corporation from July 8, 2013 to February 27, 2014, and also served as its Director from January 1997 to February 27, 2014.

Tracy Clifford


Jan Loeb

Tracy Clifford was named Chief Financial Officer in June 2018 and Chief Operating Officer as of December 2019. Ms. Clifford is President and Owner of Tracy Clifford Consulting, LLC, through which she has been providing contract CFO/COO services and other advisory services and project engagements since June 2015. Between October 1999 and May 2015, she served as CFO, Principal Accounting Officer, Corporate Controller and Secretary for a publicly-traded pharmaceutical company and a publicly-traded REIT. Her prior experience includes accounting leadership positions at United Healthcare (Atlanta) and the North Broward Hospital District (Fort Lauderdale) and work on the audit team of Deloitte & Touche (Miami). Ms. Clifford obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the College of Charleston and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Georgia State University. Ms. Clifford is a licensed CPA in the state of South Carolina and holds a Certification in the Fundamentals of Forensic Accounting from the AICPA.

Harold M. Jarrett, Jr.

OmniMetrix Chief Technology Officer

Harold Jarrett founded OmniMetrix in 1998 and has spent over 15 years exploring the capabilities of remote monitoring systems. He began experimenting with remote data systems in 1996 after working for the Hughes Aircraft Company and has since worked with every major generator brand to further their monitoring technology.

Harold personally oversees the ongoing development of OmniMetrix’s innovative product line, and he is constantly working to better meet customers’ needs in an ever-changing industry. Harold graduated from Georgia Tech with a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering as well as an MBA from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.

Dan Hess

Director of Sales

Dan Hess is a senior sales executive. His area of expertise is assisting P&L owners in formulating and executing growth initiatives aimed at increasing top-line revenue. He uses a unique sales methodology for identifying underserved markets and creates strategies for optimizing the sales force to maximize profit potential. His work has generally focused on technology vertical segments within the telecom, wireless, analytics, and IoT spaces.

Dan has over 25 years’ experience working with companies of all sizes from start up to multinationals. His most recent assignment was Vice President of Sales for Numerex.  There he had responsibility for carrier/MSO accounts and various IoT vertical offerings. In this capacity he directed a sales team that combined strategy formulation; market segmentation and analysis; offer development, positioning and launch; and competitive intelligence. He was responsible for the development of multimillion-dollar accounts and new product offerings. Dan has had previous sales management assignments with Razorsight, Zettics, Airvana, Alcatel-Lucent, and DSC.  Prior to his civilian carrier Dan was a Captain in the United States Marine Corps where he piloted the AV8B Harrier V/STOL aircraft.

Mr. Hess holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science from Auburn University.

Andrew Sandecki

Operations Manager

Andrew Sandecki headshot

Andrew Sandecki is the Operations Manager for OmniMetrix and brings over sixteen years’ experience leading materials planning, production operations, project management and quality control within technology based manufacturing companies. In his previous role as Production Manager for Label Vision Systems, Inc., Andrew successfully met the demands of a 300% growth in sales volume, applying Lean principles, while reducing operating and product costs, and managing their ISO-9001 QMS.

Andrew also acquired nineteen years’ experience within the Product Identification and Bar-Code industry with market leaders such as Videojet Technologies and Markem-Imaje. He was successful in a diversity of roles including training management, tradeshow management, sales, technical support and materials management & planning. Andrew developed his strong technical and customer service skills while employed as a field engineer and service manager for Controlled Power Company in Troy, MI. Andrew was successful at quickly resolving time critical situations for large manufacturing customers such as Alcoa Aluminum, GM, Ford, Chrysler, Nissan, as well as, offering personalize support to small business owners.

Anthony G. Clark

Tech Support Service Manager

Anthony Clark headshot

Anthony G. Clark has been a member of the Omnimetrix team since 2013. He started in the Tech Support department and worked diligently, learning the product and assisting customers at the highest level. As a valued member of Omnimetrix, through Anthony’s hard work and dedication, he was promoted to Tech Support Service Manager in 2016. Anthony’s responsibilities haven’t changed since he started; ensure that the best Technical Support is offered to all Omnimetrix customers. He acts as a liaison between customers and the Omnimetrix Production department, making sure the lines of communication remain open for any suggestions that may create a better customer experience with Omnimetrix.

Anthony excels in earning trust and developing strong, long-term relationships with Omnimetrix customers.
