How do I change my billing/shipping address?
Email support@OmniMetrix.net with your new billing / shipping information.
How do I return a monitor?
After you have discussed your problems with a customer service technician and it has been determined that the unit must be returned, email rma@OmniMetrix.net. Include the Unit ID# and issues that you are having. We will respond with an RMA# and a shipping address where you can send back the monitor. Upon return, your monitor will be diagnosed. If the repair is a warranty issue, it will be repaired and returned to you in a timely manner. If the repair is not covered under warranty, you will be contacted to discuss the repair or replacement.
How do you make software updates?
All software updates are automatic through over-the-air connectivity.
