How do I return a unit?
After you have discussed your problems with a customer service technician and it has
been determined that the unit must be returned, email rma@omnimetrix.net. Include the
Unit ID# and issues that you are having. We will respond with an RMA# and a shipping
address where you can send the unit back. Upon return, your unit will be diagnosed.
If the repair is a warranty issue, it will be repaired and returned to you in a timely
manner. If the repair is not covered under warranty, you will be contacted to discuss
the repair or replacement of the unit.
How do you make software updates?
All software updates are made automatically by us, you don't have to do anything.
