OmniMetrix customers log into their own account through a secure web interface where they can see
several different types of reports. In each report, the user can drill down to the next level of
detail by clicking on the appropriate area. Clicking on the name of a unit will bring up the
current information about that unit, while clicking on the map pin in a mapping report will give
the current location of that piece of equipment. Historic reports are available through the pull
down menu selection, offering tabular and graphical displays of activity and performance.
Service Technicians can use the OmniMetrix portal to connect remotely to generator controllers. From there, they can clear alarms and perform routine diagnostics without making a site visit. They can even connect their laptop service tools through the OmniMetrix system to reconfigure generator controls. Using the OmniMetrix real-time reporting this way allows service technicians and generator owners to confirm the operation of remote equipment by viewing the same document from their own locations.
Smart Service Reports can be accessed 24-hours/day through secure customer web interface
Smart Service Reports provide historic performance reports, a necessary tool for pinpointing and prioritizing service calls. This performance data archive contains data pumped from the monitoring device to the web-accessed database on a continuous basis, building graphical displays of key parameters up to the current moment.
Mapping Reports display the current locations of all monitored equipment. Clicking on a map pin will bring up the current conditions of that particular unit.
